Weather in the glens

Four seasons. One day.

In the glens of Ireland you can see all four seasons before dinner. Sun in the morning, Atlantic rain by midday, mist rolling down the valley in the afternoon and a cold, clear evening to finish. Nobody here waits for good weather. They go out prepared, and GLENWOLF gear is built for exactly that kind of day.

Old ways

Some things are worth keeping.

Before refrigeration, smoking was not a hobby. It was how food lasted. Fire, salt, smoke and time turned what came from land and sea into food that could be kept and shared. Those skills are still worth knowing.

Meet Wolfie

Every adventure needs a good companion.

The wolf in GLENWOLF comes from the Irish Wolfhound: strong, loyal and quietly dependable. Wolfie is the companion beside the fire, on the trail and through the changing weather. Calm, capable and entirely unimpressed by the rain.

Our story

Some of the old ways still belong in the world today.

For generations, people across Ireland cooked over fire, smoked and salted food to make it last, and learned to work with the weather rather than wait for it to improve. GLENWOLF takes that knowledge and builds portable equipment for outdoor life today.
